As a leader in the pressure measurement field, Fuji Electric has achieved an installed base of more than 1 000 000 FCX transmitters all around the world. Thanks to its experience, and in response to customer demand, Fuji Electric has developed a new high performance transmitter FCX-AII V5, designed to solve the thoughest of applications where special materials and design are needed.

FCX-AII series are available for differential, gauge and absolute pressure, liquid level, and offer measuring ranges from 10mmWC to 1035bar. For specific application, Fuji Electric can supply a wide selection of remote seals.

Thanks to their experience of microprocessor and semi-conductor components, the engineers of Fuji Electric have developed a micro-capacitance silicon sensor as sensitive element of measuring cell. In order to minimize the effects of static pressure, overpressure and temperature, the sensor is located floating in the neck of the cell.

Thanks to 0, 065% and up to 0, 04%  accuracy, a 1 to 100 wide rangeability, and the various materials available for wetted parts (Tantalum, Monel, Hastelloy C or PVDF), our transmitters can be used in various applications in industry fields such as: petrochemistry, chemistry, energy, iron industry, food industry and water treatment.

Thanks to microprocessors and LSI chips, the FCXAII transmitters offer excellent repeatability.

Thanks to its experience, and in order to satisfy the users demand, FUJI ELECTRIC has introduced the FCX-AII transmitters for "direct mounting". With the same model housing of L shape type and the same electronics, this design allows you to mount the element process directly on the cell ( direct mounting flange or with capillary, various sanitary diaphragm seals).

These FCX-AII transmitters are available for differential gauge and absolute pressure, and offer measuring ranges from 60 mmWC to 100 bar. The compact size and weight of the gauge and absolute pressure transmitter allow a direct mounting on the pipe.
